The Position 
Our client is currently looking for an Experienced General Medicine Physician with a passion for General Medicine. General Medicine has undergone significant changes in the last 12 months, including the move to the Home Based Wards, reshaping of the 42 bed Medical Assessment Unit & development of the Hospital in the Home (HITH). The department includes 37 Consultants and more than 50 RMOs split into Home Based Wards with Lead SMOs reporting to the Head of Department. General Medicine has 192 beds (including the 42 bed MAU).

Essential Criteria: 
To apply for this position you must hold or be eligible for vocational scope of practice in General Medicine with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
