Summary:

Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
The Position
Our client is seeking a GP to join them on a permanent basis for an immediate start or on January 2020, joining a small (2 GP) practice in suburban Hamilton, serving an enrolled population of 3500 with a range of ethnicity and socioeconomic status, predominately Pakeha. They book 15 minute appointments and use Medtech.
The Location
Hamilton is a friendly city with plenty of sporting and entertainment options, excellent cafes and restaurants and a tree-filled picturesque setting in the lush Waikato land. It’s a lovely city, sophisticated and yet small enough to feel laid back. And it’s a great base from which to explore many regions of the North Island – with the west coast surf beaches just a hop away and the Ruapehu ski fields in easy visiting distance.
Essential Criteria
To be eligible to apply for this position you must hold or be eligible for general scope of practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
