The Position 
A lovely group practice in Otago requires a Permanent GP to start from October, working 8-10 sessions per week. You will enjoy working as part of a supportive and skilled team, in a modern facility. The Hours 8.30 to 5.00pm with lunchbreak. Light on-call. Medtech32. Experience Nurse support. Rural medical school training practice. Supervision available for overseas trained GPs. Approved Healthcare Home Practice. Generous Salary Package. 

The Location 
Located in a charming rural Otago town, within easy travelling distance of such natural wonderlands as Fiordland, the Catlins, Central Otago and the lake district. The main centres of Dunedin and Invercargill are within easy reach also. A great base from which to explore, you’ll be in the Otago wine region within the hour! Locally the options for sports, hunting, trout and salmon fishing and hiking are endless. There are also golf courses on the doorstep 

Essential Criteria 
The successful applicant must hold or be eligible to hold general scope of practice with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
