Permanent GP
Start Date: December 2019
Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
The Position
Our client is currently seeking a Permanent GP to cover 8-10 sessions per week starting December 2019. They are a close-knit team of 30 and have a friendly, supportive and high performing culture in their clinic.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure clinical services are delivered effectively, efficiently and to a high-quality standard.
* Display a patient-focused approach to clinical duties ensuring that the patient comes first.
* Maintain a high standard of medical skill, knowledge and attitudes by pursuing ongoing education and training in the field of urgent care to a level that ensures competent and safe practice.
* To be responsible for the primary liaison regarding the patient's treatment in cases of clinical concern.
The Location
Located in the central-eastern South Island marked by grassy plains, clear lakes and snow-capped mountains. The region’s economy is diversified into agriculture, industry, fishing, forestry, tourism and energy resources such as coal and hydroelectricity.
Essential Criteria
