The Position
Our client is seeking a Permanent Emergency Medicine Consultant to start on March 2019 for full-time rostered duties. This is an opportunity to work in a peripheral hospital environment with a diverse range of presentations, and so communication and professional skills, together with the ability to work within a small team, are essential to this position. The medical centre is well supported locally by comprehensive surgical services, and has a full range of diagnostic facilities on site including a new MRI scanner, CT scanner and 24-hour on-site laboratory facilities. The successful applicant will be able to enjoy a healthy 'work life balance' within a supportive Emergency department.

Essential Criteria:
The applicant must hold or be eligible for vocational registration with the registration with the NZ Medical Council.
