The Position

Our client is rural Northland requires a locum GP to join them from early September 2017 through to the end of April 2018. Working across 3 small clinics and a rural hospital, this role is 4 days per week - with Fridays off.

Mondays will be based at a local Hospital and Tuesday - Thursday will be working between 3 rural clinics. You will be supported by one other GP, practice nurses and admin staff. The enrolled patient population is 822.
Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm with ½ hour lunch break. They use Medtech software.
This role will include very minimal on-call (around 14 days per year) PRIME.

A session rate of NZ$500+GST per session is offered for a VR GP

A session rate of NZ$450+GST is offered for a General Scope GP

A session rate of NZ$400+GST is offered for a Doctor who requires supervision.

Accommodation, travel and car provided.

Essential Criteria

You must have full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and a current APC.
