Locum GP - Northland 

Dates: 20 December 2019 to 31 January 2020 

Rates: $450-$500+GST per sessions depending on experience and qualifications; plus accommodation, car & travel 

The Position 
Our client is seeking an experienced Locum GP who can provide coverage over the summer holiday period. The region is currently in a dire shortage of GPs and can only consider a locum GP that does not require supervision for this period. Monday to Friday GP sessions only, with no on call or after hours work required.

With a sub-tropical climate there is a vast array of delicious fresh produce available locally, including top quality fruit and local wines. Northland has stunning beaches, native bush and plenty of opportunity to get into the outdoors. Within a short distance of the Bay of Islands, Waipou Forest, Hokianga Harbor and the Waiomio limestone Caves. There is plenty to keep you busy in your downtime in this stunning part of the North Island. 

Essential Criteria: 
To be eligible to apply for this position you must hold registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
