The Position
Working at this hospital, you will become part of an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed team of health workers providing a modern and innovative approach to healthcare, with the bonus of a healthy balanced lifestyle and opportunities for professional development. These are permanent full or part time positions, working 64-80 hours (0.8FTE-1.0FTE) with an on call requirement of 1 in 3. Actual hours will be agreed with the successful applicants. You will be one of four General Surgeons, including one part time surgeon focused on colonoscopies, in a unit which provides a comprehensive service for the population of the Wairarapa.

Essential Criteria
To apply for this position you must hold or be eligible for vocational scope of practice in General Surgery with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
