The Position 
An idyllic rural practice in Canterbury is looking for a full time or part time GP to join their team of two permanent partners supported by extra locum help and other local GPs. The practice offers a full range of GP and family medicine services to the local community and provides 24 hour cover for A&E. The practice is Cornerstone accredited and uses MedTech32. It’s also a teaching practice, offering a great chance to expand your skills in this regard. There is a small country hospital adjacent to the practice, in which GPs act as Medical Officers. 

The Location 
Located in a lovely historic harbour town in rural Canterbury, with a stunning natural setting. As the town is a tourist hub there is plenty to do and see, with great boutique shopping and fine dining. There is a relaxed pace of life in this friendly town, with the major city of Christchurch just a short drive away. 

Essential Criteria
