Summary: 
* Full-time permanent role (1 in 5 on call roster) 
* Six weeks annual leave 
* Access to up-to ten days and a $16,000 allowance towards your CME 

Start Date: January 2020 

Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications 

The Position 
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Physician/Geriatrician to join the Department of Medicine providing medical services to the population of approximately 43,000 in the Marlborough region. The successful applicant will support and complement our existing medical team providing Acute General Inpatient Medicine, on a rostered basis, and outpatient services. 

Experience in acute general medicine is required. Their preference would be a geriatrician although all subspecialties will be considered. In the outpatient world subspecialty interests will be catered for; among the general referred activity you will be supported by a wider subspecialty team located in, and visiting from, Nelson. You will require FRACP, or equivalent, be eligible for vocational registration in New Zealand and hold a current annual practising certificate.

Essential Criteria:
