A key component of this role will be your ability to contribute to the team of clinicians overseeing the inpatient and outpatient management of the patients undergoing treatment for acute leukemia, high grade lymphoma etc. in addition to all other malignant and non-malignant haematological disorders. Acting as a mentor and positive role model, you will contribute to teaching/training at an undergraduate and postgraduate level.
Here you will become one of the team of 6 Haematologists working within the Southern Blood and Cancer Service in the lower South Island. You will contribute to the provision of safe, best practice, cost effective clinical and laboratory services to patients referred to their Clinical and Laboratory Haematology Department.

Close by are national parks and summer and winter playgrounds that are part of Queenstown and Central Otago.
