Rates: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications 

The Position 
Our client is seeking someone with expertise in anaesthetic and intensive care services to join our team. You'll be responsible for the provision of anaesthetic and intensive care services including day case anaesthetics, theatre sessions, outpatient anaesthetic assessment clinics, critical care and sedation services and acute pain management. 

You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic, competent to provide level 1 ICU care, vocationally registered (or eligible) in New Zealand with FANZCA (or equivalent) and willing to take a lead in quality development and teaching. 

They have fixed term roles available for 12 months starting from February 2020. 

The Location 
Located in the beautiful area, nestled between two mountain ranges, and a splendid river. Plenty to see and do. Within the region where culture and coffee are the key attractions. Lots of beautiful walks and the added attraction of where a lot of Lord of the ring locations such as Helms deep and Rivendell to explore. 

Essential Criteria 
To apply for this position you must hold or be eligible for vocational scope of practice in anaesthesia with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
